About This Project

Ross Bryan Associates, Inc., served as structural engineering consultants on the design and construction of additions and alterations to the V. O. Dobbins, Sr., Complex in Kingsport, Tennessee. The additions included an 8,700-square-foot gymnasium, a two-story classroom, and a three-story, 26,600-square-foot addition for tenant spaces for community service agencies.
