Josh Yoakum and Sydney Reeder joined the RBA team this summer after graduating from The University of Tennessee Knoxville in May. Josh graduated with a BS and Sydney with an MS. Sydney was also the 2018 recipient of the Ross Bryan Associates Fellowship in Structural Engineering.
