Due Diligence Inspections

Ross Bryan Associates, Inc., works with potential buyers to provide our expertise and knowledge in determining the existing condition of property, both commercial and multifamily residential complexes. We provide information to help our clients and their lending partners in their decision-making process.

Insurance Inspections

Ross Bryan Associates, Inc., has provided investigative and review services for insurance firms for over 40 years. All insurance inspections and reports are lead by a licensed Professional Engineer, whose design and site experience enables identification of the cause of distress and damage for strucutres of all types.

Construction Monitoring

Since 1975, Ross Bryan Associates, Inc., has been providing consulting services to various lending institutions in their role of financing construction for commercial and residential properties.  Our ability to draw on more than 50 years of construction and engineering experience helps to assist lenders and their clients with the technical information that is needed as a project advances through its various stages of completion.
