Outside of the office, Ross Bryan Associates, Inc., is also involved in the community.  As a contributor to United Way, the company holds a meeting annually to involve employees and allow them opportunities to contribute to the organization.  Many employees participate in fundraising sporting events for Love Helps, including softball, bowling, and golf tournaments held in the local Nashville area.  As a company, Ross Bryan Associates, Inc., has donated to the American Heart Association, the Cumberland Science Museum, and the Second Harvest Food Bank.  Other individuals have raised funds and participated in the Country Music Marathon. 

Ross Bryan Associates, Inc., also stays involved with local universities.  RBA has contributed to the Vanderbilt University, Tennessee Technological University, and University of Tennessee ASCE Student Chapters.  Employees have lent their time to judge ASCE Student Conference competitions and the Martin Luther King, Jr. High School's Engineering and Science programs.  At the University of Tennessee, Knoxville campus, the company has supported the freshmen engineering program, ENGAGE, to help capture the focus of freshmen engineers.
